**Official poster submission is now closed**

• Poster board size is 48" x 36" and the poster abstract must be no more than 1 page. 

• A minimum of one author of each poster will be required to register for the full conference.

• Poster author(s) will be responsible for hanging the poster with mounting materials that will be provided. 

• Poster author(s) will be responsible for removing the poster at the end of the conference. 

• Please upload your abstract (one-page paper) through the registration form.

• First 20 poster presenters will receive restaurant gift cards at the registration desk.

• Best poster awardees will receive a certificate and cash award at the closing ceremony.
